Responsibilities
Lead and manage relationships with new and existing clients
Communicate the value of our planning process and foster long-term trust
Develop and present comprehensive financial plans aligned with clients’ goals and priorities
Collaborate with planners and associates to design and implement planning strategies
Create personalized Investment Policy Statements and portfolio structures
Conduct ongoing reviews to ensure alignment with clients’ evolving objectives
Evaluate tax strategies in collaboration with CPAs and planning associates
Recommend proactive approaches to enhance tax efficiency
Deliver insights and recommendations on estate planning, investments, insurance, and Social Security strategies
Participate in client events and firm marketing and business development initiatives
Cultivate relationships with Centers of Influence and identify opportunities to support firm growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and active CFP® certification
3–5 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
Strong client relationship management and communication skills
Proficiency in MoneyGuidePro, Salesforce, and financial analysis tools
Ability to explain complex financial and tax concepts clearly to clients
High integrity, ethical standards, and attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, open-minded approach
