Growth Marketer
Tribe Chat is a startup focused on building a unique group chat platform that connects individuals through shared interests. They are seeking a Growth Lead to develop and implement strategies for user acquisition and engagement, while collaborating closely with the founders and product team.

Responsibilities
Own Tribe’s growth strategy end-to-end: identify, test, and scale the best mix of tactics for user acquisition and engagement
Social presence & community building: grow Tribe’s visibility across social channels, including content, campaigns, and partnerships
Experimentation: design and run experiments across channels (organic, paid, partnerships, referrals, influencer campaigns) to find scalable growth levers
Analytics & iteration: track performance metrics, analyze results, and double down on what works
User insights: stay close to early adopters and communities, bringing back insights to refine messaging and product positioning
Collaboration: work directly with the founders and product team to align growth initiatives with Tribe’s vision
Qualification
Required
Proven experience growing social audiences and driving measurable user growth for a product, ideally in social, consumer, or community platforms
Deep understanding of multiple social channels and their growth dynamics
Strong creativity combined with a data-driven mindset—able to run tests, measure results, and adjust quickly
Entrepreneurial spirit: comfortable with ambiguity, scrappy experimentation, and wearing many hats
Excellent communication skills and a knack for storytelling that resonates with online communities
Experience with paid acquisition (social ads, influencer partnerships, referral programs)
Familiarity with growth frameworks (AARRR funnel, loops, viral mechanics)
Past work in startups, consumer apps, or community-focused platforms
