Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with both internal and external customers
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Maximize business retention by exceptional customer service
Lead the development of productive agency plans to maximize business opportunities and profitable revenue growth
Collaborate with all team member stakeholders to drive holistic approach to agency support; internal claims, processing, livestock partners
Provide Agency training on processing system, products, and general Crop Insurance knowledge
Proactively identify new business growth opportunities in assigned region
Conduct market research, and analyze industry trends
Analyze current region business and drive organic growth
Meet or exceed assigned annual sales goal
Drive profitability within assigned region by strategically growing business
Become an expert in local region
Understand all products and services in the region agents need to be successful
Communicate competitive products and trends to internal team for analysis

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of Crop Insurance experience in any role; Agency, sales, Underwriting, Claims, etc
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain effective relationships
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and strategize accordingly
Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics
Must live within assigned region
