Responsibilities

Experience installing and/or servicing access control and alarm/security systems in commercial buildings
Three years’ experience installing and/or servicing access control, fire, and CCT security systems
The ability to plan their work during the 40-hour a week shift plus the possibility of covering after hours & weekend emergency calls
Ability to keep stakeholders informed with timely updates on service calls and installations
Must be a self-starter and work well without supervision
Complete scheduled projects on time, within budget and within scope
Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to utilize multimeter
Complete accurate and detailed service reports for customers and Matrix in a timely manner to allow for accurate invoices and job cost tracking
Exceptional proactive customer focus and ability to work under pressure

Required

Experience installing and/or servicing access control and alarm/security systems in commercial buildings

High School Diploma or equivalent
A valid state driver's license, without restrictions

Preferred

Vocational/Technical Degree in electronics, security, or computer systems is a plus
Ability to work in Microsoft Excel and NetSuite
At least two years of wiring and terminating circuitry systems
IP Video and IT experience is a plus
