Responsibilities
Provide supervision, training, and support to the OnTrack team
Deliver individual and family therapy, case management, and psychoeducation
Coordinate referrals and community partnerships to expand program reach
Oversee intake, discharge, and on-call coverage
Foster a culture of dignity, shared decision-making, and recovery-focused care
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
Active (or soon eligible) Florida licensure: LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW
Leadership experience in a mental health or youth-serving environment
An ability to pass a Drug Screen, Local Criminal Background Check, and Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus
