Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical issues, recommended and safety-oriented, and fix them correctly the first time
Administer multi-point inspections and warranty repairs
Service transmissions, air-conditioning, engine mounts, timing belts, and more
Replace radiators and head gaskets
Deliver guests’ cars on time, every time, as promised
Take detailed notes during and post-inspection
Keep work station clean at all times
Create and maintain loyal service guest relationships
Qualification
Required
Full time availability. You'll also need to be at least 18 years old
A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Experience at an Automotive School or Program
Dedication to safety and serving guests
Positive, fun, team-minded attitude
Preferred
2-3 years of prior dealership experience a plus
Automotive certificate a plus
Honda Certified, Factory Trained, and ASE certificates a plus
