Responsibilities
Lead QA planning, strategy, and execution for BlueYonder modules across Planning, Allocation, and WMS
Design and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts
Oversee functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across multiple environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal and external) including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure thorough test coverage and alignment with business requirements
Validate data flows and system integrations between BlueYonder and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP-SAP)
Manage defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA ensuring timely resolution and reporting
Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to QA process improvements
Participate in UAT planning and execution, and support production validation and release activities
Provide QA estimates, risk assessments, and contribute to overall project planning
Qualification
Required
6+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in BlueYonder modules (Planning, Allocation and WMS/TMS)
Strong understanding of retail supply chain operations and system integrations
Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Qmetry, X-ray, TestRail etc)
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Proven ability to lead QA efforts in complex, multi-system environments
