Service Desk Technician
IntePros is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician for a long-term contract. The role involves providing technical assistance to customers and troubleshooting issues through various methods including phone and email support.

Responsibilities
Customer Support for DHS Applications
Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
Installing or changing software to fix issues
Remotely accessing software to resolve issues
Diagnosing problems
Reset AD and mainframe passwords and unlock accounts
Qualification
Required
Experience in IT Help Desk support
Ability to provide customer support for DHS Applications
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience with remote troubleshooting techniques
Ability to follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
Experience in installing or changing software to fix issues
Ability to remotely access software to resolve issues
Experience in diagnosing problems
Ability to reset AD and mainframe passwords and unlock accounts
