VP of Service Delivery & Operations
4IR Solutions is a technology-enabled managed service provider delivering IT/OT infrastructure for critical industrial workloads. They are seeking a VP of Service Delivery & Operations to build and lead the service delivery organization, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead global service delivery ensuring uptime, security and customer satisfaction
Implement frameworks for incident, change, and problem management
Ensure incident response meets SLAs and lead postmortems
Communicate with empathy and professionalism, turning incidents into trust-building moments
Strengthen Observability and automate preventive maintenance
Drive Continuous Improvement through metrics, feedback loops and data-driven decision making
Hire, coach, and retain a 24x7 team to deliver 1st class service
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or managed services
Proven leadership of mission-critical, 24×7 systems and supporting teams
Deep understanding of SRE principles, including SLAs/SLOs, incident and change management, and continuous improvement
Proficiency with service management and knowledge management tools
Strong customer focus — excellent communication, calm under pressure, transparent with customers
Hands-on, startup mindset with bias for action
Preferred
12+ years of total experience in operations or DevOps
Expertise in Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, cloud and observability stacks
Experience in industrial automation or OT systems (Ignition, MQTT Sparkplug B)
Experience with compliance frameworks
Experience leveraging AIOps or Machine Learning
