Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and development of AI-native software systems for test code generation, data management, and analytics
Drive architectural decisions for scalable, cloud-native solutions using Rust, Kubernetes, and Azure
Collaborate with research scientists, product managers, and other engineers to translate experimental ideas into production-ready systems
Champion modern software practices including CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and infrastructure-as-code
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to accelerate workflows and improve developer experience
Mentor senior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a senior or principal engineer in high-impact software projects
Expertise in Rust and strong proficiency in systems programming and performance optimization
Hands-on experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in workflow automation or data analytics
Strong understanding of test and measurement workflows or similar engineering domains is a plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence across teams and levels
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
