Responsibilities

Act as a strategic advisor and execution lead for digital asset initiatives across Citi Global Wealth

Lead the development of strategic business cases and commercialization strategies for digital asset products and services

Engage with clients, regulators, and industry participants to assess market opportunities and advance Citi’s positioning

Partner with other teams across Citi to drive delivery of roadmap priorities

Represent digital asset strategy in senior forums, risk committees, and governance processes

Produce high-quality thought leadership and client insights to support commercial engagement

Mentor and develop junior team members to build internal strategic capability

Qualification

Digital assets expertiseWealth management experienceCross-functional leadershipStrategic business developmentCommunication skills

Required

8+ years of experience in wealth management, capital markets, strategy, fintech, or a related domain

Subject matter expertise in digital assets and cryptocurrencies, including market structure, tokenization models, and regulatory frameworks

Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across senior levels

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging clients and leadership

Bachelor's degree required
