Responsibilities

Apply your deep technical knowledge to guide strategic decisions and influence system enhancements within the TSA’s I&A office

Analyze current workflows, identify opportunities to optimize vetting and adjudication operations, and recommend impactful improvements

Craft detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), report specifications, training materials, and user guides that ensure consistency, quality, and clarity

Collaborate seamlessly with program managers, developers, QA specialists, and leadership to align technical solutions with mission goals

Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews on data outputs and reporting to maintain accuracy and reliability

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise information tailored to diverse audiences, from operational teams to senior leadership

Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends and technologies to drive innovative approaches that enhance analytic tools and reporting capabilities

Required

Must hold an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain or currently possess Top Secret/SCI clearance

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

A minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in technical advising, process improvement, or program support within a security-sensitive environment
