Pricing & Tariff Analyst

In this role, you will analyze data to shape pricing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop pricing models that enhance profitability and growth.

Responsibilities
Shape pricing strategy: Partner with Sales and Product Management to refine pricing across products, regions, and customer segments
Analyze and act: Use historical data, market trends, and competitive insights to recommend pricing adjustments that drive both revenue and margin
Optimize performance: Develop and enhance pricing models, dashboards, and tools that empower data-driven decision-making
Navigate global tariffs: Track international trade trends and adjust surcharge structures to protect margin integrity and cost recovery
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Finance and Supply Chain to align pricing with cost structures and inventory dynamics
Support growth initiatives: Contribute to new product launches and market expansion projects with sound pricing frameworks and analysis
Deliver insight: Create executive-ready reports that highlight pricing effectiveness, tariff exposure, and key opportunities for optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus)
5+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial modeling, or sales operations
Strong understanding of tariff structures, international trade, and cost accounting
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, ERP systems, or SQL is a plus
Excellent communicator who can translate data into actionable strategy
Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
