This role involves identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending solutions while working cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights through data analysis and presentations.

Responsibilities

Analyze, assess, and improve business processes across various departments to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Apply structured problem-solving techniques to evaluate current processes and identify gaps or areas for improvement

Develop and deliver clear, concise communications and presentations to leadership and stakeholders, including process maps, reports, recommendations, and change management plans

Support Financial Risk Management through data analysis, scenario modeling, and control recommendations

Assist in Resource and Budget Management, including forecasting, allocation tracking, and budget impact assessments

Collaborate with business units to implement process improvements and monitor outcomes

Provide ongoing reporting and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and process health

Facilitate workshops, working groups, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and drive alignment on process enhancements
