Responsibilities
Develop and maintain ABAP solutions in both R/3 and S/4HANA environments (including CDS Views, AMDPs, etc.)
Collaborate effectively within an Agile/Scrum team to design, develop, and deliver new features
Analyze tax-related business requirements and propose robust technical solutions
Ensure compliance with P&G’s technical standards and security/compliance policies
Communicate effectively with Technical Leads, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to ensure alignment and transparency
Manage SAP Incident processes, including risk and impact assessments for OSS notes and SAP-provided solutions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development on S/4HANA
3+ years of experience with SQL or other ETL languages
Solid understanding of relational database systems and familiarity with Big Data concepts and S/4HANA database architecture
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred
Basic understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) — full training will be provided
Experience working in global or distributed teams across multiple time zones
