Responsibilities

Lead and coach a sales team to achieve revenue, retention, and growth targets
Drive performance through partners — enabling them to deliver Sage’s cloud and accounting solutions
Develop and execute sales strategies, outreach plans, and joint business plans
Collaborate across marketing, product, and partner teams to accelerate Sage Intacct adoption
Optimize renewals and cloud migrations through data-driven sales execution
Remove barriers, streamline processes, and create alignment across departments
Represent Sage at key partner and customer events

Required

12+ years of B2B software sales experience, including 5+ in a leadership role
Proven success leading inside sales or channel teams in SaaS or ERP
Experience working with accounting firms or selling accounting/ERP solutions
Strong sales coaching, forecasting, and strategy execution skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
Flexibility to travel 30%
