Walmart Canada is dedicated to sustainable transportation through its Fleet Services. As a Senior Manager in Automation Engineering, you will lead the transition to a zero-emissions fleet by overseeing automation engineering projects and developing alternate fuel vehicle technologies.

Lead the design and development of alternate fuel vehicle technologies

Hands-On experience with a focus on Automotive/Trailer Knowledge

Oversee automation engineering projects to improve fleet efficiency and sustainability

Build and manage relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders

Analyze data and create dashboards to drive decision-making

Ensure compliance with fleet regulations and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, or Industrial Engineering

3 + years' experience in engineering, supply chain, or automated manufacturing

Proven expertise in sustainable transportation or alternate fuel vehicles

Strong data analytics and dashboard creation skills (Power BI/Tableau)

Demonstrated leadership in program/project management and operational improvement
