Responsibilities
Conduct diagnostic and level-of-care assessments for incoming clients
Support counselors in developing, reviewing, and updating individualized treatment plans
Facilitate treatment team meetings and provide clinical case consultation
Provide individual and group supervision to counselors and assigned staff
Maintain a limited caseload to support program needs
Collaborate with leadership to develop and enhance outpatient clinical programming
Ensure timely, accurate completion of all clinical documentation and client records
Foster a safe, therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention when needed
Oversee daily implementation of the clinical program schedule
Complete required trainings in accordance with Pyramid Healthcare and regulatory standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and training for clinical staff
Support professional development and adherence to best practices
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution
Active North Carolina license as one of the following: LCMHC, LCSW, LCAS
Preferred
Prior clinical supervision experience preferred
Experience in outpatient mental health, substance use, trauma-informed care, or related settings strongly preferred
