Responsibilities
Lead medical strategy for dermatology programs, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
Act as the clinical and scientific expert for dermatology development programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, safety, commercial) to design and execute clinical trials
Represent the company with key opinion leaders (KOLs), advisory boards, and at scientific meetings
Contribute to regulatory submissions and clinical trial planning, ensuring scientific rigor and patient-centric approaches
Mentor and guide junior medical staff, fostering expertise within the organization
Qualification
Required
MD or equivalent, board certification in Dermatology preferred
8+ years of relevant clinical and/or industry experience, including leadership in pharma/biotech
Demonstrated success in clinical development of dermatology therapies (early- to late-phase)
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, with experience interacting with FDA/EMA a plus
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence decisions across functions
Preferred
board certification in Dermatology
