Responsibilities
You’ll develop and fine-tune robot programs for welding, material handling, palletizing, and more
You’ll handle on-site setup, I/O mapping, and TCP calibration, while working closely with engineering teams to integrate robotic systems with PLCs and automation equipment
You’ll also troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support installations at customer sites
You’ll maintain detailed documentation and ensure all work meets industrial safety and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in robotic automation
Experience programming Fanuc and Yaskawa (Motoman) robots in manufacturing environments
Ability to develop and fine-tune robot programs for welding, material handling, palletizing, and more
Experience with on-site setup, I/O mapping, and TCP calibration
Ability to work closely with engineering teams to integrate robotic systems with PLCs and automation equipment
Troubleshooting issues and performing preventive maintenance
Support installations at customer sites
Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to sites in USA, Canada, and Mexico
Flexibility to report to multiple Paslin sites
Ability to work in both an office and a shop/plant environment
Flexibility to work at any of the three locations as needed for an extended period of time
Ability to work more than 12 hours per day during critical phases of the project
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist regularly
Occasionally required to lift/push/pull up to 25lbs
Use hands and vision to operate power and manual tools and HMI interfaces
Preferred
Experience with simulation tools like Fanuc Roboguide or Yaskawa MotoSim
