Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of chiller and boiler systems
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with boiler and chiller systems, identifying and implementing effective solutions
Perform repairs and replacements of components as needed, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules, service reports, and parts inventory
Collaborate with other team members to coordinate and prioritize service requests
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in boiler and chiller work
Up-to-date on all licensing and certifications
Strong knowledge of boiler and chiller systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair
Experience in Service work
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
