Responsibilities
Build strong partnerships with local high schools, universities, trade schools, and community organizations
Design metrics to track program success and make data-driven improvements
Manage registrations and planning for recruitment events
Continuously innovate programs to stay aligned with business needs
Create compelling content that promotes our brand and attracts top talent
Deliver presentations and represent NGM at career fairs and community events
Own timelines and deliverables across multiple projects
Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and vendors to streamline operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or Marketing — or equivalent experience
Strong project management and organizational skills required
Experience designing and managing creative assets for both digital and print platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to assess program effectiveness
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Oracle a plus)
Comfort presenting to audiences and senior stakeholders
Willingness to travel nationally and work flexible hours when needed
Proven track record of working safely and promoting a safety-first culture
