Responsibilities

Manage daily clubhouse activities

Supervise all front-of-house staff in the restaurant operation

Consistently provide high-quality food and beverage services

Ensure friendly, polite, and trained personnel

Evaluate and appraise performance to effectively motivate the service team

Oversee daily expediting of food or bar service during dining hours

Maintain customer satisfaction and respond promptly to all issues involving food and services

Maintain daily shift meetings

Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and training of clubhouse team members

Monitor payroll and create schedules

Work directly with members and clients to plan weddings, banquets, and other catered events

Create special promotions to increase food and beverage sales

Maintain the food and beverage budget

Required

A minimum of 3 years of related management experience in the hospitality industry

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
