Responsibilities

Develop memory controller micro architecture and design specifications
Design, implement and debug complex logic in SystemVerilog
Support font-end integration activities e.g. CDC, Synthesis, low power flows
Work with SOC team on subsystem integration
Work with specialists from the Verification, Emulation, Software, Performance, Power, Physical Design teams etc

Required

Minimum of BS + 10 years relevant industry experience

Preferred

Substantial knowledge of LPDDR memory and memory controller
General knowledge of DRAM interface calibration mechanism is a plus
Hands on experience in micro architecture definition, RTL coding, low power design and PPA analysis
Experience in chip development with proficiency in front-end tools and methodologies
Experience in multiple clock domains design
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python is a plus
