Responsibilities

Develop detailed scope of program

Develop refined system-level requirements

Develop detailed function requirements for collocation capabilities

Develop CONOPs and site transition plan

Develop refined cost model

Collaborate and provide support for the development of initial ECP material, Task Orders, and contract modifications for changes to existing DISA programs

Develop Proof-of-Concept (PoC) or Pilot Implementation (PI) for risk reduction

Develop integration plan with a hyperscaler network
