Responsibilities

Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to support facility improvements and optimize layouts
Create and review technical drawings, facility layouts, and equipment placements using AutoCAD
Oversee contractor coordination and vendor support for construction and installation projects
Ensure all facility operations align with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Support troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across facility operations and documentation processes

Required

5 or more years of proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a foundry or turbine component manufacturing environment
Bachelor's or master's degree with 3 or more years of experience, or 10 years of equivalent related work experience in lieu of a degree
Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with CMMS platforms and digital maintenance tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for innovation and a commitment to contributing to a high-performance team
Understanding of blade and vane manufacturing processes, including casting, coating, drilling, and refurbishment
This position may require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization

Preferred

Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls is a plus
