Responsibilities
Learn and apply consulting and staffing principles within the life sciences industry
Research open positions, client needs, and vendor partnerships
Reach out to hiring managers and vendor partners via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
Help identify, screen, and submit candidates for open roles
Work closely with job seekers in technical fields such as validation engineering, lab support, and quality assurance
Negotiate basic terms like pay rates and contract duration
Prepare sales and marketing materials for client communication
Manage outreach using tools such as LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM systems
Attend virtual events and conferences to represent OneUS Technologies and expand professional networks
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizen (required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Motivated to grow in business development, consulting, or sales
Comfortable engaging with new people over the phone and online
Organized, dependable, and strong with follow-up communication
Curious about technology roles in the life sciences industry (no prior experience required)
Familiar with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field)
