InternHellermannTyton North America is seeking a Process Excellence Intern to assist in creating and updating process documentation. The intern will learn to create end-to-end process maps and manage a process repository while collaborating with a team to verify workflows.

Understand general process flow
Take existing process documentation, verify accuracy within a swim lane, and update as needed
Document process flow in Signavio
Other Duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Ability to multi-task, be flexible, adapt to changing requirements/deadlines/situations, and work non-standard hours as needed
Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record and adequate automobile insurance
Candidates should have an interest in both process management and improvement
Candidates must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience working with a SASS (software as a service) or an Oracle-based technology is helpful but not mandatory
