Responsibilities
Inspect incoming materials and finished assemblies for compliance with standards, drawings, and purchase order requirements
Document inspection results through receiving and final inspection reports
Generate Product Inspection Reports (PIRs) for all non-conforming materials
Collaborate with Quality Engineering to identify root causes and assist in implementing corrective actions
Perform additional quality-related tasks as assigned
Availability to work Monday through Saturday as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in dimensional inspection
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Proficient in the use of standard inspection tools and measuring equipment
Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
Availability to work Monday through Saturday as needed
Preferred
Experience in a pump fabrication or machine shop environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with ISO 9000 quality standards
