Sales Administrative Assistant
Tracey Road Equipment is a leader in the industry, offering exciting career opportunities. They are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant - Sales to support various departments and enhance sales operations through document preparation, data entry, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and proofread sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts, and presentations
Copy and file all documentation according to procedure
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation
Respond to vendor inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
Assist in preparing and sending out communications, such as quotes and order confirmations
Enter and maintain accurate customer and sales data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Regularly update customer profiles and sales records
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and addressing routine inquiries
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless sales operations
Support inventory management processes by monitoring stock levels, coordinating product shipments, and assisting with order fulfillment
Maintain literature stocking levels for sales department
Qualification
Required
Exceptional administrative skills
Ability to draft, edit, and proofread sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts, and presentations
Ability to copy and file all documentation according to procedure
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation
Respond to vendor inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
