Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle recruitment process for early career roles, including internships, entry-level positions, and rotational programs

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-potential students and new graduates from diverse backgrounds

Build and maintain strong relationships with target universities, bootcamps, and student organizations

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly

Partner with DEI, HR, and Learning & Development teams to ensure inclusive hiring practices and onboarding programs

Plan and attend on-campus and virtual events (career fairs, info sessions, hackathons, etc.)

Analyze hiring metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates, and program impact

Continuously improve candidate experience, offering timely, thoughtful, and respectful communication at every step

Stay informed on trends in early talent acquisition and share best practices across the team
