Responsibilities

Provide medical oversight and leadership for LPNs and support staff during overnight hours

Complete initial nursing assessments for all new admissions

Administer medications and manage withdrawal protocols in accordance with physician orders

Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments per policy and update documentation accurately

Educate clients about their medications and provide emotional and clinical support throughout detox

Collaborate with medical providers and the treatment team for ongoing assessment and medication management

Maintain medical supplies, ensure equipment readiness, and follow infection control procedures

Uphold all Pyramid Healthcare and Freedom Detox standards, trainings, and compliance requirements
