Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional teams including hardware design, validation, qualification, and certification processes
Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion
Help create project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
Support risk management activities and help identify potential risks or delays
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and leadership
Analyze technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve
Assist in evaluating new AI technologies and tools for potential integration
Maintain clear and organized project documentation and records
Contribute to improving processes and methodologies for AI hardware development projects
Work closely with product teams to ensure hardware aligns with product requirements and specifications
Support quality assurance efforts to ensure hardware meets performance and reliability standards and specifications

Required

Pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering Management, or a related technical field
Programming, scripting and web/app development experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Exceptional at staying organized and on top of things
Familiarity with managing complex project schedules and nurturing cross-group collaboration
Willing to observe, ingest feedback, learn and adapt
Basic understanding of program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

Preferred

Experience and devising metrics, roadmaps, dashboards and preparing presentations is a valuable plus
Experience with AI or machine learning hardware or software development is highly desirable
