Cook Solutions Group is seeking a Full-Time ATM Service Technician to support operations in the San Francisco Bay area. The role focuses on second-line maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of various ATM hardware and software systems, ensuring that banking clients' ATM systems are running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain ATM products from multiple manufacturers
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electronic ATM components
Perform software reloads, preventative maintenance, and cleanings
Coordinate and prioritize daily service calls
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Keep detailed service reports and documentation
Maintain spare parts inventory
Occasionally handle ATM cash access situations under strict protocols
Support fellow technicians and learn new systems, including security hardware

Qualification

NCR Level 2 CertificationATM Repair ExperienceTroubleshooting SkillsTime Management SkillsCustomer Service MindsetWillingness to Learn

Required

NCR level 2 certified
Have or previously had an NCR CE diagnostics key
High School Diploma or GED
2–5 years of technical service, electronics, or ATM repair experience
Strong troubleshooting and time management skills
Excellent customer service mindset
Willingness to train on advanced systems, including security equipment
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
