The intern will support the Quality Engineering team in ensuring product compliance and performance, gaining hands-on experience in quality assurance, testing, and process improvement.

Responsibilities
Support the Quality Engineering team in ensuring that products meet rigorous standards of performance and compliance
Assist with inspections, data collection, and analysis to identify trends, deviations, or opportunities for improvement
Support root cause investigations, document findings, and help implement corrective actions to address quality issues
Participate in continuous improvement projects, helping to streamline processes, update standard operating procedures, and apply quality engineering principles in real-world manufacturing settings
Gain exposure to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Production, R&D, and Supply Chain
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
Basic understanding of quality standards, testing procedures, and process improvement methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Entering Sophomore year or higher
