Responsibilities
Perform component and system simulations; translate results into clear customer‑facing insights
Build and maintain customer simulation kits and supporting files; ensure versioning/traceability in appropriate/approved systems
Create demo/channel concatenation reports, including assumptions, stitch rules, and performance expectations
Author or contribute to application notes/white papers and training materials
Prepare BOR packages and collaborate with layout/SI teams to support launches and correlation
Own platform standards and governance for analysis/correlation; approve high‑impact deliverables
Define KPIs/dashboards and coach teams to improve quality, cycle time, and reuse
Mentor staff/senior engineers; drive cross‑BU enablement and multi‑site alignment
Qualification
Required
15 years of relevant SI applications experience
Deep understanding/approves analysis/correlation standards and governance across sites
Defines KPIs/dashboards for analysis quality, cycle time, and reuse; influences investment plans
Leads platform collateral strategy (reference channels, playbooks, training curricula)
Partners with standards bodies and participates in customer/industry forums as appropriate
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related subject is required
Masters Degree is preferred
