Responsibilities

Grow our Energy business across the Americas (stationary gas engines, turbines and more)
Lead customer and distributor relationships—from prospecting to long-term partnerships
Launch new offerings and organise events, trainings and seminars
Monitor market trends and translate them into strategic advice
Work with internal teams on pricing, marketing and go-to-market strategy
Help bring our brand to life—through strong positioning and consistent messaging

Required

A degree in (bio)chemistry, engineering, business—or similar
At least 5 years of experience in a commercial or technical environment (preferably lubricants or energy-related)
Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international context
Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
A commercial mindset and deep customer focus
You think ahead, act strategically, and enjoy working across teams – but you're just as comfortable taking initiative and working independently
You're result-driven and ready to take ownership
