Engineering Project Manager Sr. Staff
Lockheed Martin is a global leader in aerospace, defense, and technology solutions. The Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for the Integrated Common Processor program, overseeing the development, integration, testing, and certification of hardware/software baselines, while managing the Lockheed Martin team and subcontractors. Responsibilities
Development, integration, test, and certification of the hardware/software baselines that are built for each site
Identification/correction of Pri 1 and Pri 2 Problem Trouble Reports (PTRs)
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Test Readiness Review (TRR) planning and execution, Longevity Testing, and Installation Readiness Review/Approval from PMS485
Planning and supporting, development of the Base Electronic System Engineering Plan (BESEP) and Site Acceptance Test Plans and Procedures, in accordance with the Government approved Master Test and Evaluation Plan (MTEP)
Directing the Lockheed Martin team and multiple subcontractors/partners on all aspects of the project
Participating in technical and programmatic communications with the customer
Working with LM Engineering and Technology (E&T) Managers to ensure program needs are being staffed and schedules and budgets are accurately being performed against and managed
Ensuring that work products produced adhere to documented requirements per critical path need dates
Working with program management to identify and address issues, both technical and programmatic across all Surveillance programs and supporting proposal efforts within the business area
Qualification
Required
Direct experience with DevSecOps, re-architecture, or working in PaaS environment
Experience communicating with multi-disciplined engineering teams
Earned Value Management Experience
Demonstrated Experience Leading Teams
Full-Spectrum Leadership ability
Full Secret Clearance is required prior to start
Preferred
Surveillance, Surface Ship and/or Submarine Program/IWS5/PMS485/ARCI familiarity
Integration and Test Expertise
Software Development Experience
Hardware Development knowledge
TI/APB process knowledge
Business Acumen
Familiarity with operating with Navy/NUWC/NSWC/Customer
