Responsibilities
Prepares the showroom for daily business (opening and closing)
Assists customers (in person or on the phone) with purchases and questions
Maintains records of all sales promotions, informs customers of current promotions and specials
Makes and keeps appointments at job site for measures
Quotes and produces estimates on cabinets and associated parts for customers
Schedules deliveries with customer and shipping department, and follows-up with customers on shipped products
Handles all job responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets/goals
Maintains displays and literature and keeps the showroom neat, clean and orderly
Writes transfers to other locations when requested
Assists with inventory
Other duties as requested directed or assigned
Qualification
Required
Previous lumber or building supplies experience strongly desired
Excellent communication skills are required
Experience using various third party building supplier system applications (20/20) is required
Preferred
Work experience of at least three years in kitchen sales and design, sales support, or customer service preferred
