Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive retention, renewal, and expansion
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling new services or lanes
Partner with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and timely issue resolution
Track account performance metrics including customer satisfaction (CSAT), renewal rates, and gross margin improvement
Present account insights and business reviews to customers and internal leadership
Contribute to revenue and profitability targets within your assigned territory
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or drayage account management
Proven success managing and expanding enterprise or port-based logistics accounts
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify growth trends
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or a related field
