Responsibilities
Define and lead the design direction for all Intimates categories, from initial concept through final production
Conduct in-depth trend research and competitive analysis to inform seasonal assortments that are both fashion-forward and market-relevant
Design collections that merge creativity with commercial viability, ensuring alignment with brand goals and growth targets
Oversee the creation of tech packs and development briefs; collaborate closely with CAD, Tech, and Production teams
Attend fittings, evaluate samples, and approve lab dips, prints, and trims to maintain quality and design intent
Collaborate with sourcing and merchandising teams to ensure timely development and execution
Stay ahead of consumer and industry shifts, identifying white space and emerging trends
Contribute to a positive and collaborative studio culture
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on design experience in intimates and/or sleepwear, preferably within trend-driven or contemporary brands
Strong creative vision and proven ability to design into fast-fashion or youth-driven markets
Expertise in fit, fabric, construction, and the unique requirements of intimate's design
Experience working with overseas vendors and managing development timelines
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with PLM systems is a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills; prior team management or readiness to step into a leadership role is essential
Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to balance vision, execution, and team building
