Responsibilities

Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise MDM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune)

Define and maintain mobile device policies, configurations, and compliance rules

Lead mobile device lifecycle management, including procurement, provisioning, support, and retirement

Implement and monitor mobile security controls, including encryption, conditional access, remote wipe, and data loss prevention (DLP)

Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and external regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, NIST)

Conduct regular audits and generate reports for leadership and compliance teams

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for mobility operations and MDM technologies

Provide Tier 3 support and mentorship to junior staff and service desk teams

Maintain accurate asset inventory and oversee mobile device logistics

Lead mobility-related projects such as platform migrations, OS upgrades, and enterprise rollouts

Evaluate emerging mobile technologies and recommend strategic enhancements

Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials
