Technical Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and route to the appropriate department or team member
Provide product knowledge and order assistance to customers
Process and enter customer orders accurately into the system
Assist with navigating the company website and online ordering tools
Support clinical customers with product usage questions and troubleshooting via phone and email
Coordinate literature requests and provide product information as needed
Track and locate customer shipments, replacements, or returns
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service Management on special projects and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment required
Strong communication, computer, and data entry skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting
Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer-based work
Manual dexterity for data entry and handling documents
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs
Preferred
Experience with product-based or technical customer support preferred
ERP/CRM or Salesforce experience a plus
Background or education in dental or healthcare fields highly desirable
