Responsibilities
Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement on global design
Documenting the client’s as-is process flows and communicating best practices for the to-be optimal state
Adapting the solution for localizations or business processes specific to a client’s business unit
Documenting and gaining agreement on the client configuration
Developing a test strategy to validate the solution and confirming successful deployment
Identifying risks or issues associated with assigned tasks; taking initiative to proactively alert project leadership of any risks or issues
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in consulting
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience with cloud applications
Business domain and industry expertise
Functional, process, and system usage knowledge
Consulting skills to coach clients through transformation
Experience in preparing for and facilitating global design
Ability to document client's as-is process flows
Experience in adapting solutions for localizations or specific business processes
Ability to document and gain agreement on client configuration
Experience in developing a test strategy to validate solutions
Ability to identify risks or issues and proactively alert project leadership
Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring junior employees
Ability to participate in shaping teams and recruiting
Experience in people development and engagement programs
