They are seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Land Survey Department to lead survey projects, manage teams, and ensure exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor survey teams through fieldwork, data processing, and legal documentation
Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
Coordinate project activities, resolving challenges, and keeping deliverables on track
Navigate regulatory requirements and local jurisdiction approvals with confidence
Build and maintain strong client relationships that lead to long-term partnerships
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualification

Colorado PLSLand surveying experienceAutoCAD Civil 3DTrimble Business CenterALTA/NSPS surveysProject management skillsProject management toolsCommunication skillsNegotiation skillsInterpersonal skillsProblem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented mindset

Required

Colorado PLS (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
5+ years of land surveying experience, including strong project management skills
Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center (TBC)
Deep understanding of ALTA/NSPS surveys, boundary surveys, legal descriptions, and surveying best practices
Detail-oriented, results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Proven track record of managing complex projects with measurable success
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
