Responsibilities

Picks stock from inventory locations accurately according to order specifications and pick lists
Packages products securely using appropriate materials and methods
Inspects packages for quality and completeness before shipment
Applies proper routing information and shipping labels to all outbound packages
Completes carrier-supplied documentation accurately for all shipments
Performs cycle counting activities to maintain inventory accuracy
Conducts stock replenishment by moving products to pick locations
Maintains proper storage organization to optimize warehouse efficiency
Reports inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisor
Operates forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations
Maintains work area in a clean, organized, and hazard-free condition
Follows all safety procedures and protocols to prevent workplace injuries
Adheres to written and oral instructions regarding daily tasks and job assignments
Participates in cross-functional training within the warehouse to develop versatile skills
Assists with corporate on-boarding and orientation programs as required
Performs other duties as assigned or requested to support warehouse operation

Required

High School diploma or GED
Previous work experience
Previous experience working on a computer
Able to annually demonstrate physical ability to stand, walk, bend, grab, and lift and carry weight
Able to obtain and maintain a forklift license
