Insurance Customer Service Representative
TrueCut Insurance is seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will ensure that each customer has a positive experience by responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and in person with professionalism and care
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products
Proactively assist customers to prevent cancellations and retain their business
Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
Provide accurate information on insurance products, policies, and services
Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex issues and deliver seamless service
Qualification
Required
1+ year of phone-based customer service experience
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships
Property & Casualty license, or willingness to obtain one within the first 4 months of employment
Preferred
Background in an insurance environment preferred
