Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
Client generation: Proactively identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, emailing, and other outreach methods
Sales pipeline management: Nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel, often in collaboration with the sales team
Strategy development: Contribute to developing and implementing strategies for market expansion and growth
Client needs analysis: Identify and understand the needs of potential clients to propose suitable building material solutions
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in calling and appointment-setting, preferably in a building products-based B2B environment
Focused and goal-oriented
Strong verbal communication skills and phone presence
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software; Salesforce preferred
Strong time management and organizational skills
