Responsibilities
Provide specialized support to the Analytics for Applications team and support business operations for cross-functional partners
Work closely with the Analytics team in shipping large, multifunctional business data analytics and data service projects
Facilitate operations between business, product, technology, marketing, legal, operations, engineering, and finance
Support analytics, business, and product goals, implementing processes to improve operations and communications
Lead day-to-day progress of tasks and results, coordinating with cross-functional partners for sprint and roadmap planning
Wrangle and lead executive meetings for which Analytics is a key contributor
Identify key workstreams or processes for Analytics involvement and partner with Engineering Project Managers and Senior Project Managers
Serve as the liaison for the Analytics and Business teams, negotiating schedules and resources with partners
Manage risks and dependencies for the Analytics for Applications and Business teams, ensuring roadblocks are removed
Stay detailed while maintaining a high-level perspective of the project
Utilize experience with instrumentation, analytics, data governance, and experimentation to drive results
Qualification
Required
6+ years Business Operations, Planning, or Project Management experience; demonstrating increasing levels of operational responsibilities
Experience working with instrumentation, analytics, data governance, and experimentation platforms
Experience understanding subscription businesses, financials, marketing and / or business development a plus
Preferred
You have outstanding organizational and presentation skills
You are a pro at driving partnerships with internal teams and building relationships with external partners
You have a solid track record of leading multiple complex, cross-functional projects
You demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive issues to completion
You are comfortable in ambiguous situations and can brainstorm solutions in high pressure situations
You have executive presence and are comfortable speaking and presenting to leadership
You understand technical issues at a sufficiently deep level to identify gaps
You are familiar with metrics, operations, and the complete software product lifecycle
You have any eye towards strategy and can provide input to help drive meetings forward
You should be able to anticipate and resolve problems while staying the course on overall business and project priorities
