*REQUIRED*: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and a minimum of seven years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Business Administration, or another related field; knowledge leading the end-to-end deployment of Salesforce solutions within an organization to ensure the platform is configured, customized and adopted successfully to meet business goals; highly motivated self-starter; demonstrated flexibility on projects; an openness to learning; and the ability to be a team player with a focus on project success and how it aligns with the Institute’s mission
*PREFERRED*: Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum

Required
